Inspiration

Today I mixed some paints on my palette and painted the wood table that holds the metal 3-tiered bin that holds my art supplies. While I was at it I also painted the 3-tiered bin. So now all it will take —possibly next week or the next—is a muse strong and loving enough to inspire me to pick up my paints again and cover a canvas. My inspiration comes and goes, and I’m glad to know it will return. Until then, I’ll keep painting wood and metal things around here.
